If your order does not suit you, you have a reflection period of 14 calendar days following the day of receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to return the items. Returned items must be packaged sufficiently to prevent breakage. We only refund items that arrive in their original condition, i.e. not scratched or broken, and not having been used for the first time. Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
In order to be reimbursed for the initial shipping costs, the entire order must be returned. The objects must be returned to the headquarters of the company, namely UNIVERRE SRL, Avenue du Martin-Pêcheur 52/116, 1170 Watermael-Boitsfort, Belgium. Returns cannot be made to another address or to a relay point.
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after the cancellation request, it may however be deferred if the returned items have not yet been received. This refund will be made with the same means of payment as the one used when ordering, unless there is a written agreement between the two parties.
