- 4cl of strawberry syrup (or 3cl of coulis)
- 1 strawberry cut in half
~ 110 gr of crushed ice

Instructions :

1.      Add the mint leaves, lime, sugar and white Bacardi rum to the glass.
2.      Take the time to crush the mint leaves and the lemon well at the bottom of the glass with a pestle.
3.      Fill the glass with crushed ice.
4.      Add sparkling water.
5.      Garnish with a halved strawberry.
